Governance Information at DCPS
Dinnington Community Primary School currently has an Academy Improvement Board (AIB) in place of a Governing Body.
The purpose of an AIB is to provide interim expertise and high-quality governance to support future improvement in a school, including the promotion of high standards of educational achievement.
Guidance on the roles and duties of governing boards, and advice on the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to be effective can be found HERE
